Return Policy

At The Flower Bar, we’re committed to making sure every order exceeds your expectations. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your flowers, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below for complete details.


Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Dissatisfaction with your order: If you’re unhappy with your arrangement or feel that it doesn’t meet our high standards, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll either:

  • Remake the arrangement and send it to you at no additional cost.
  • Offer a full refund if you prefer not to receive a replacement.

Returning the arrangement: If you’d like to receive a refund, we kindly ask that you return the original arrangement to us in its original condition, (in some instances, we may ask you to provide a photo of the arrangement). This helps us better understand what went wrong and ensures we continue to improve.

Conditions for Refunds or Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The returned arrangement must be in the same condition as when it was delivered (not used for events or significantly altered).
  • Requests made after the 48-hour window, or if the flowers have been used for an event, may not be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Orders where delivery was refused or unattended upon arrival.
  • Products that have been tampered with, significantly altered, or used beyond the initial delivery condition.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you’re unhappy with your order and wish to return or replace it, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [email protected].
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the arrangement, if possible.
  3. We’ll review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible to offer either a replacement or a refund.
